Well, first of all growing up I was the oldest of three children of whom I absolutely adore to this day. I was often left responsible for their care and as we got older was referenced by my siblings as their second mom. I had cousins who came to stay with us, who I also then provided care for. My mom remarried when I was in high school which also meant I gained three new brothers. I've provided care to their children as well as held several part time babysitting positions. When I was in high school I lived on a military base where I was the commands go to babysitter. I often had a steady babysitting gig every weekend for at least two famliies and then every now and then for parent's random date nights. I haven't been a nanny/babysitter for a while now as I relocated to Oregon Read more a year and a half ago and have been working both a steady job and going to school for Nursing. I am a certified Medical Assistant and was previously CPR certified. Since then it has expired but if needed or preferred I would be happy to obtain it again.
