I have had experience with infants, toddlers and school aged children. I worked for Spanish speaking families and have experience with children with special needs. Kids are the next generation so I believe they should be well cared for and well educated, but also be given enough freedom to be themselves. My method is usually redirection instead of time-outs, or if the children are old enough I like to talk about any problems. I find these methods to work best for establishing rules and it helps open a bridge for communication. I am also open to helping with homework if it's needed since I have experience being a tutor. I'm available for any pet-sitting as well.
