I am a 24 year old professional who recently moved to Bend, Oregon to continue my BA. I worked for an adoption agency in Monterey, California for six years where I provided child care on a weekly basis to groups of children ranging from infants to age fifteen. I would create the activities for the session which ranged from homework help, cooking, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and more. I love working with children because every visit is a new adventure and I get to share my creative side and help another person grow. Children are a great reminder on how to stay creative, resilient, honest, and to have an upbeat attitude.
