Hello! My legal name is Sarah but I prefer to go by my initials, Sam. :) I have been working with children as young as 6 weeks to as old as 12 for 10+ years. I have extensive experience in daycare settings and as an in-home nanny. I studied early childhood education throughout school before switching to medicine in college but the special connections formed as a nanny keep bringing me back. I have a special appreciation for the rapid succession of growth and development done in the first year of life and strive to create calm, loving, safe environments that allow for learning and hitting developmental milestones on your baby's schedule. I am only looking for part-time positions as an infant nanny (1-year-old or younger). I hope to utilize my acquired skills to support parents through the literal *and* metaphorical growing pains with my kindness, patience, and education. I Read more thrive on maintaining a sleeping/eating routine, love to be on the floor for tummy time, and try to get outside to explore daily, weather permitting. I am: A non-smoker.
