I have worked at my church's Vacation Bible School camp for the past 5 summers, working from preschool aged children to middle school youth. I also worked part-time in our children's nursery, caring for infants and toddlers. I have been babysitting since middle school in my hometown of San Diego, CA and have families I regularly work for. I believe that the best outlet for a child is physical activity have found a quick trip to the park or a race down the street can make a huge difference in their behavior. I love arts and crafts and am always looking for fun, child-friendly projects on Pinterest. My favorite "wind-down" activities are usually sitting children down for a movie or story time at the end of the day before bed-time. I'm also great at preparing after-school snacks :)
