A California native, I am a senior at the University of Oregon. I'm a student-athlete on the women's soccer team. However, my last season just ended and it's time for me to find a job and get ready for the real world! I've learned a lot from being a student-athlete such as proactive communication, dedication, and positive energy. I'm excited to apply these values to any family that needs help. My experience with kids began during my senior year of high school when I was a teacher's assistant in a kindergarten class at a local elementary school in town. Two to three times each week I would start the morning with songs and readings. My other experiences with kids happened my past two spring breaks where I traveled to the Dominican Republic to work with orphans for a week.
