Hi, I’m Marleah—a mom of two and a caregiver with 15+ years of professional experience in early childhood education and in-home nannying. I began my journey at age 15 in my church nursery and then went on after graduating high school to earn my AA Degree in Early Childhood Education, gaining hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in child development centers. My husband is a firefighter/ Division Chief as well as a certified First Aid and CPR instructor, so I have both certifications and can easily renew as needed. After working in various centers and preschools, I found my true passion in personalized in-home nanny/childcare. For nearly 8 years, I supported families by becoming a consistent, loving presence in their children’s lives—building relationships that felt more like family. After spending time raising my own children (a son starting 4th grade, and a daughter starting 1st grade), I'm now excited Read more to rejoin the caregiving world part-time while my kids are in school.
