I am good at getting along with kids of all ages and understanding them. I am capable and passionate to help kids with their needs and high level energy. I spent part of my summer in 2013 teaching English to 45 second grade students in Managua, Nicaragua and gained quite a bit of experience working with large numbers of very excitable and some-what devious students. I also worked with students in 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grade classrooms, playing games with them and helping motivate them to learn English. I have experience leading kids during day camps such as Vacation Bible school weeks as well as in assisting at an after school program which included helping kids with homework and playing with them on recess.
