Hello Portland area families! I am an experienced caregiver seeking part-time and occasional child care positions in the Portland area. Currently, I work a flexible part-time position at the Bureau of Environmental Services as a community outreach coordinator. I am very passionate about the outdoors, science education, arts, and general adventuring. In the past, I have worked as a camp counselor, tutor, and nanny for children ages 6 months and up. I also have experience supporting youth and adults experiencing disabilities and am very passionate and enthusiastic about working with neurodivergent people and those experiencing disabilities. I currently volunteer as a counselor and curriculum designer with Budding Roses Summer camp (ages 9-13) and can provide references. I am flexible, but am seeking to work 1 or 2 days a week (I am available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) and am very open to occasional and date night arrangements. I am Read more fully vaccinated. I work from home and have COVID limited exposure outside of trips to the grocery store and occasional hikes. I am currently without a vehicle, so looking for positions that don't require me to use my car, though I do have a license. I am hoping to replace my vehicle in the next few months.
