Hello! I graduated from School of Visual Arts in 2012 with a BFA in screenwriting and I'm currently working on directing my first feature film. Beyond being the oldest of three, I have a lot of experience working with kids. When I was in college I was a nanny for two summers for a ten year old boy. We had tons of fun, including an afternoon spent making a guitar shaped birthday cake for my brother and many spirited conversations about the likelihood of flying cars becoming a reality. I spent five summers working at ACES The Write Stuff camp in Connecticut - it was a standardized test prep camp, but my job as a teacher's aide was to make it feel more like camp and less like summer school. I regularly babysat my cousin's kids (6 and 3 years old at the time), and worked briefly at a Waldorf-inspired Read more play school for little kiddos around 2 years old. From February to December of 2017 I babysat three kids - 4, 5, and 6 year olds and we had a blast. I would pick them up from camp all summer and we'd go play in playground sprinklers and sometimes get icies. I have always found it really easy to relate to kids and have so much fun talking to them. I've been lucky in my childcare experience to have gotten close to many different kinds of kids with a huge range of interests, and I have no doubt your kid(s) could be one of them!
