Hello there, My name is Michaela Hanna. However, you may call me Mickey. I have over 6 years of preschool teaching and childcare experience. I currently hold an AA in Early Childhood Education and I am currently a Junior at SOU receiving my BS in Child Development. I have worked as a preschool teacher for many years. Within this time I have supported and guided children of varying abilities and ages. I have worked with infants through adolescence. For the past three years I have been supporting children with special needs. I have been working within Early Intervention preschools as well as in home providing behavioral and educational support to children primarily diagnosed with Autism. I strongly believe in inclusive and anti-bias education. I believe in positive child guidance and children's natural instinct to explore. I like to use music, art, and dance to teach and explore with children.
