Hi there, my name is Elizabeth! I was born and raised in the Portland area. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Portland State University in 2015 and have been attending a virtual Master of Social Work program through the University of Denver since 2022. I have 10+ years of combined experience as a babysitter, nanny, and caring for youth/other vulnerable populations in psychiatric settings. I have been saying for years...being a human can be SO hard. My goal in working with tiny humans who will inevitably experience big feelings is to support them in developing and reinforcing their coping skills. I have the tools to regulate myself so that I am able to normalize and sit with them in managing the waves of emotions.
