Hi! I'm an experienced early childhood educator seeking a nanny position. I have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education, and have worked in childcare for over twenty years, with experience in RIE, Reggio teaching philosophies. I believe that structure from routines and the freedom to explore within those structures gives kids the best foundation for the future. I also understand the importance of social-emotional capabilities like emotional regulation, and try to empower the children I care for with these essential skills.
