Hello parent! My name is Rose, and I am 19 years old turning 20 on May 3rd. I have been practicing extreme social distancing, including not seeing friends and being extra cautious and aware when out in public. I do have my own car, although I am still waiting for my DMV appointment to get my license (I currently have a permit and have been driving for 3 and a half years). The reason I am pursuing babysitting jobs is so that I can pay for insurance and to establish a place of my own for the first time, while doing something that I love. My lifelong love for children began with my nurturing and caring personality, and developed more as I grew up and saw from a grown perspective how special a child’s view on the world is. I believe that the person you are throughout your childhood is Read more who you truly are, and as you grow you are shaped into a societal construct and tend to lose your sparkle. I want to help guide as many young ones as I can to keeping in touch with their true self. As for my broad spectrum of ages I have experience with, I have my last job at The Little Gym to thank. Throughout my employment there, I tended to all child needs such as changing diapers, potty training, preparing food, leading crafts, playing physical games, dealing with injuries and emotional situations. On top of that, I have had plenty of experience with babysitting different families including infant care. I do have experience with first aid and CPR training.
