Itzel did amazing with our 21 month old son. She came over to watch him for a morning when his daycare was closed, she kept him highly entertained through play & activities, took great care of him and all round made sure he had a fantastic time!

Itzel babysat for us for a full day and she was great. She then agreed to a daily morning job; we discussed terms and pay and were excited for her to work for us. She texted me early the next morning (when we were expecting her to come) to say she had a change of heart. I let someone else go to hire her because the kids liked her a lot. Left me and my family in a lurch with no offer to cover for me until I could find someone else. So disappointing.
