Hello! My name is Tyschal, and I was born and raised in Portland Oregon. I have been in childcare since I was 19 and have always enjoyed working in a family setting. So much so, that I recently graduated with a Bachelor in Science in Human Development and Family Studies. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to develop strong and healthy relationships with several families. I am currently a Campus Mentor at the HOLLA charter school in Portland Oregon for elementary students. My approach to childcare, as well as mentoring, is being an empathetic, patient, energetic, and a trustworthy person to the children and families I work with. I also enjoy learning and growing myself, and understand that childcare is a wonderful way to do that. I hope I have the opportunity to babysit/nanny for you!
