Hi there, I'm a teaching artist and a care provider! I have been in and out of childcare work since I was a teenager, working in a pre-school my mom runs, and the nursery at the church I grew up in. I've babysat for five years cumulatively between my teaching artist work and schooling (up to Masters in Art and Public Policy). I've also been a environmental science outdoor camp counselor, and a movement therapy teacher at a k-12 public charter school. I regularly have children in my art workshops and am the proud auntie of about twenty kids from both my blood family and chosen family. I've gone through CPR and lifeguard training and I have also taken training to teach kids with developmental disabilities. My personality is warm, creative, and grounded. I'm honest and communicative, and I work hard to engender trust with the families I work with.
