Hi! My name is Fisher West, and I've recently graduated from Franklin High School this past Spring. I love working with kids, and have been doing so for more than four years. I work at Baxter Sports Camp, a local Portland Summer camp for kids. Some of you on this site may even know me as coach Fisher, Fishy, Fishfun, Tuna Fish, or endless other fish-related pseudo-puns. I've worked with kids as young as five, and those as old as fourteen. In my more recent years of kid's camp coaching, I've been chosen as a trainer for newer, yonger coaches. In my free time, I enjoy playing ultimate frisbee and soccer, walking my dog, hanging out with my friends, playing video games, and whatever else is on the schedule, honestly. I also am deeply interested in science and math, and am constantly trying to foster a more musical side- so Read more far to no avail.... Working at BaxterSports Camp has taught me how to keep kids active and engaged in fun, social games. I can easily incorporate this into child care, or I can just as easily keep it chiller for other kids! My biggest strength is being adaptable to any child's/children's/pet's needs.
