I started babysitting when I was 13 years old. Though the oldest of four, having younger siblings made me love children all the more. In the over a decade since, I’ve cared for children in a variety of capacities—babysitting, yes, but also life guarding and teaching swim lessons, nannying abroad, and volunteering in religious institutions. I just finished a graduate degree in English and am looking to work part-time while developing other skills. I am comfortable and confident caring for children—including feeding, cleaning (up after), and fostering literacy!
