Hi! 😊 My name is Michele I am 48 years old and a parent to a 14-year-old boy. I have been working with children since I was about 13 years old. I started with several babysitting jobs. Specifically Infants when I was 16 I watched my first infant for 10 days while his family was in HawaiiI. I worked at KinderCare in the infant room right out of high school . I then nannied an infant for about a year ,I then moved on to work for the 4J school district at Churchill high school in the infant and toddler , teen parent/student practicum program.Then, I was a foster parent specializing in infants and toddlers (my son was a medically fragile infant that I later adopted) after my son was in school I worked at another local daycare in the infant room, when my Son aged out of the daycare, Read more I then took a position with the Springfield school district…. And well I miss babies! I’m working on getting my Home certified for a daycare. I believe that those first bonds and relationships that are formed are just so very important I believe that it really helps with future relationships, bonding and trusting
