We interviewed Marta to watch our two young daughters. The interview went great, she sounded amazing and seemed really interested and excited about watching our girls. The first day she was scheduled to start working she didn't show up. I texted and called her and didn't get a response from her until 2 1/2 hours after she was supposed to be at my house- she texted and just said she couldn't make it, sorry. I was really depending on her to show up so I could go to work and she gave no indication she wouldn't be coming before that. I had to call work and tell them I couldn't work that day, then we had to scramble to find childcare for the rest of the week. She put me in a very bad position and was really unapologetic about it.
