I am a graduate student working towards my Physician Assistant degree, looking for a part time child care position while I am in school. I am a certified Emergency Medical Technician (and CPR certified), have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, and have worked full time in the cardiac departments of two major hospitals for the past two years. I hope to one day work as a pediatric PA. My past child care experience has consisted mostly over night babysitting and nannying while parents are away at work in the summer. I have also worked with large groups of children of varying ages at bible camps. My duties have included preparing meals, housekeeping, taking care of pets, helping with homework and tutoring, supervising in the pool, and transporting to and from school, doctor's appointments, camps, sports practices, etc. I like to take an active role with the children I take Read more care of and enjoy activities such as going to the pool, doing arts and crafts, and reading. Additionally, I have house sit for families while they are away for extended periods of time, and my duties have included watering plants, taking care of pets, cleaning around the house, collecting mail, answering phone calls, etc.
