Natalie is an excellent caregiver - organized, attentive, patient, and practical! She is a wonderful teacher who does not simply "watch" our children - she engages them in learning age-appropriate, pre-school concepts like counting and shapes, letters and phonetics, rhyming and patterns. Natalie is very good at keeping the lines of communication open, and asking about our preferences and expectations for discipline and routines. She is terrific!
