My name is Nacisha Only and I am a experienced, confident and loving sitter. I've been caring of children since the age of 11 years old when I became the neighborhood sitter due to my maturity and mindset to take care of others. After that I landed my first tax paying job when I was 14 years old working as a camp counselor for Archway dealing with special needs children. I went on to work at group homes caring for developmentally disabled children and adults from 2003 to present. In between I continued to babysit for children with ADHD, Asthma and behavioral issues successfully. In 2007 I started working for the state government agency of Division of Youth & Family Services as an assistant case worker. In this position I had to ensure the safety and well being of all children living in NJ and also all around me no matter where I traveled. This experience has heightened my sensitivity in the correct treatment and care for children and anyone seemingly without a voice. I became an advocate in serving children ensuring a safe, clean and healthy living environment while making sure all necessary resources were in place for that to happen. Due to working in a field witnessing abuse and neglect of children encrypted me with a mindset to always be considerate of others and to treat others the way I want to be treated. To my family, families served and friends I'm a great cook, so cooking any type of food wouldn't be an issue. I'm also the person people seek out to help with children displaying behavioral issues or special needs as I work well with them and can get the most difficult child to become well behaved. God has granted me patience, nurturing heart, compassion, empathy, understanding and the ability to work well with many types of personalities from all kinds. Those who know me accredit me with being persistent, honest, trustworthy, direct, loving, stable minded and easy to talk to and get along with; slow tempered. I do not like confusion so I'm always willing to talk in a non confrontational manner. I really enjoy caring for others and assisting them to achieve many milestones makes me feel honored to have taken part in any facet.
