My name is Aileen and I am 22 years old. I recently graduated from Millersville University, where I studied psychology and sociology. I have taken several child development classes, 3 of which worked hands-on with children. In these courses, I learned a lot about the physical and intellectual development of all ages which is helpful when I work with children. It allows me to have a better understanding of what they are capable of and what activities are safe and age appropriate. My experience with children outside of the classroom involves approximately 5 years of babysitting children between the ages of 18 months and 7 years old. Throughout my 5 years of babysitting, I have become more and more comfortable with my position. I enjoy cooking so I am more than willing to prepare/cook meals for the child during our time together.
