My experience in childcare comes from raising my two now grown children (one with special needs), working as a special education paraprofessional for 12 years, and 4 years of childcare in a daycare setting and in private homes. I have a bachelors degree from Penn State and completed some early and elementary education courses. As a paraprofessional I led small group instruction and adapted and implemented lesson plans. I teach Sunday School and provide childcare during church activities. I have current required clearances. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, biking, music, crafts, movies, and some gardening.
