Hi! I’m a mom of three boys with years of experience caring for children, along with a strong background in healthcare. I genuinely love working with children and take pride in creating a safe, caring, fun, and comfortable environment where they can learn, play, and feel at home. Before becoming a full-time mom, I worked in healthcare as a Rehabilitation Nursing Technician and Nursing Assistant, giving me hands-on experience caring for people with a variety of needs. I have also spent years babysitting and caring for children. I have previous training in CPR and First Aid, as well as healthcare clearances, which I am currently in the process of renewing. I am also currently finishing my Psychology degree, which has given me an even greater understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and the different needs children have at various stages of development. Because I am a mom of three, I Read more am looking for a family who is comfortable with one or two of my children being with me while I provide care (ages 3 and 4). I completely understand that this arrangement isn’t ideal for every family, and I want to be upfront about it from the beginning. However, I believe it can be a wonderful option for parents who want their child to have socialization, interaction, and built-in playmates without sending them to a traditional daycare. Your child would have the opportunity to play and socialize with other children in a smaller, more personal environment while still receiving attentive and loving care. My goal is to create a setting that feels less like a traditional daycare and more like a fun day spent with a caring mom and new friends. I am happy to incorporate age-appropriate play, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, learning activities, and plenty of opportunities for children to interact and have fun.
