Meet Sarah

I started babysitting when I was in middle school. My first baby sitting experience was for a family friend. The two girls I baby sat were around 4 and 8. We would go outside and play with their dog or swim in the shallow end of the pool they had. During the evenings, we would watch television or play board games before I read them a story before bed. The second child I baby sat for a few years was also a family friend's child. I baby sat her from ages 2-4. This was during the summer so we had plenty of time to go outside. We went to the park some days. Other days we just went in the back yard and filled up a pool with water or would kick balls. She loved soccer just like me! Her mother wanted me to help her prepare for preschool so Read more we would practice writing and numbers in the mornings. I eventually taught her to spell her name all by herself. Babysitting has been an extremely rewarding and enjoyable experience for me. I am a graduate student at Cal U and would love to babysit in my free time.
