Hello, I’m Britney Osman! I have a little more than three years of child care experience. Without having kids of my own. With the amount of experience I’ve had, I gained a lot of self-control and patience. I have great active listening skills, time management skills, and decisions making skills. I’m very compassionate, especially with kids who have temper tantrums and other negative behaviors. Not only do I have the necessary knowledge and skills of child care I have a great sense of humor and have the ability to entertain. I like to keep things nice and organized just makes it easier for myself and any of the little ones I care for. I have two nieces of my own, and another niece on the way. I also have lots of younger cousins who I’ve spent a couple years babysitting. I was able to easily manage watching four little ones Read more at a time by myself. I always started with breakfast in the morning, packing school lunches, and making sure the older kids got to the bus stop on time. I have experience with making bottles and changing diapers. I would help out with light house cleaning while the little ones took naps. As soon as the older kids got off of school, I would take them all outside to let them run around and play.
