I was very excited to work with Sarah. My husband and I initiated contact with her week of 30Jul2018 and exchanged high level information such as location, number of children, names and ages, when she would be needed and for how long. Last communication received from her indicated that she was free on the date requested and provided her phone number. Responded back that I would call on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and provided my phone number so she would recognize the number. Called on Wednesday around 6PM, no answer. Provided my phone number again in a voicemail to either call me back or text me either way so I knew what was going on. Nothing. No word. Had to cancel dinner reservations that my husband and I made for tonight,. Very disappointing and very unprofessional behavior as it is not easy to find time to get out as parents of three, not is it easy to invest trust in someone to watch your children. I really thought based on the the profile and initial discussions that this was a promising opportunity.
