Hi! My name is Ava, and I’ve always loved being around kids. Growing up, my mom ran an in-home daycare, so childcare has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I even learned how to change diapers when I was six years old! I also helped care for my younger brother throughout his baby and toddler years, which gave me a lot of hands-on experience from a young age. I have experience working with children of all ages. I worked in an elementary school after-school program with kids ranging from kindergarten through fifth grade, and I’ve also nannyed for a family with three children all under the age of five. I truly enjoy creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for kids. I’m CPR certified from my time working as a patient care assistant in a hospital, where we regularly renewed our certification.
