Hello! My name is Cortney. For the past 5 years I have worked for a local star 4 accredited daycare in the area. Before that, I taught gymnastics for young children ages 6mo-8 years old. I have all of my clearances to work with children, CPR cert., and my CDA. While in the daycare setting, as a lead toddler teacher, I was in charge of 12 two year olds and 2-3 staff members working below me. My main responsibilities were writing daily lesson plans, building close connections with each child, and keeping a clean and safe environment. Over the years I also spent my time floating between in all rooms learning to care for infants, young toddlers, and preschool aged children.
