During my role as a child care provider in my own home, my duties include but aren't limited to keeping areas sanitized and organized, creating a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment, planning and managing learning and play- based activities, and keeping parents up to date on the children's daily activities and developments. I use positive reinforcement and gentle parenting techniques to encourage the same behavior from the children. I have between 2- 6 children in my care at a time and have experience with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Would prefer to offer daily rates than hourly rates unless you need a sitter for evenings, date nights, etc.
