Hello, my name is Steph! I am a mother and a teacher! I have raised twins (daughter and son) who are now 19 and in their first year of college! Raising my children has, without a doubt, been the highlight of my life. It’s hard to believe this chapter is closing but I am so incredibly proud of my two and looking forward to their next adventure in life! I have a Master’s Degree in Education and taught for a number of years before becoming a full time mom. Once I had my twins, I became a full time stay at home mom raising our two until they were in 3rd grade. During my children’s 3rd grade year, I started back teaching part time in our local school district. I taught up until the pandemic hit at which point I stepped out of teaching in the public schools. I am Read more interested in part time work that involves engaging and nurturing babies, toddlers and older children! I know how hard it can be to find a trusted, responsible and loving sitter/nanny as I was in your place not too long ago! I am a big believer in interacting and developing children when they are in my care, whether that be through reading, playing, talking, singing or crafting! I am also available for private tutoring in any subject K-6. Tutoring can be remediation or enrichment. Please inquire about my tutoring rates if you are interested. I have all my clearances that are required to work with children as well as my first aid and CPR certification. I am fully Covid vaccinated, including my booster. Non-smoking environment please.
