Hi! My name is Tess Hardman and I'm a 20-year-old college student looking for a flexible job. In 2015 after graduating from high school I became a member of AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) and served for 10 months. Upon returning home, I enrolled in college and am working part-time as a housekeeper. I've babysat in the past for my neighbors' children and I have a young brother who I often looked after as well. I have coached my little brother's AYSO soccer team for the past 4 years which has given me a lot of experience working with children. Coaching is one of my favorite things to do because I love helping kids learn and grow to do their best!
