The sitter replied with interest in a position we had posted. I replied with my phone one to discuss the add furthermore where we then had a phone interview. After that we set up a time, and date for the in person interview. When the day came I texted her the morning of confirming where she just read it with no reply! I then waited a thought let me give a call where she declined it showing unprofessionalism. It only take seconds to let someone know I could have used that time and date in another candidate!
