I have been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for about 9 months now. I work with children who have autism and require behavior services. During my time in college, where I earned my Psychology degree, I worked as a peer mentor for students who had intellectual disabilities. I have several younger cousins that look up to me and I care for when their parents need free time.
