I have been working the the field of childcare for fifteen years. I started in High school baby sitting, peer helping and working with children at Tanglewood Recreation Center. I took child care courses at Wallenpaupack High School and they went to Lackawanna College to earn my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. While attending college I worked at day Nursery Association and did many hours of field experience. Then after graduating Summa Cum Laude, I transferred to East Stroudsburg University to obtain my bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I continued to work with children at McKeel Child Care Center as well as student teaching experience. I graduated Magma Cum Laude in December 2007 and obtained a lead teacher position starting January 2008 at Hawley Treasure House. I have worked there for six years and ten months and love teaching children and watching them grow.
