Being a mother and a teacher I have a wealth of experience with children of all ages. I really enjoy being surprised every day by how quickly children pick up on and learn new things. I love making up really silly songs and usually find a way to incorporate the child's name into it. I'm not afraid to look silly as long as everyone is happy. I have spent the last four years living abroad in South Korea, teaching English to elementary and middle school children. I've really enjoyed this time but am looking forward to moving back to Pittsburgh to be closer to my family. I love writing stories and being creative and sharing this love of words with children.
