For the last four years I have been working as an Assistant, leading to an Assistant Supervisor then leading to a Supervisor in Hatboro Horsham School Districts before and after school programs, and their summer camp. I have worked with kids ages 5-12. I am a marketing major at Temple University, however I commute so I am still local to Lansdale. My responsibilities at work include: • Oversee all other staff operations at location including scheduled time off and any work related issues • Consistently communicate, establish, and maintain a relationship with the parents of the children to ensure their satisfaction • Effectively solve problems with teachers in building regarding after school issues Ensure safety of children at all times Creating activities to keep children engaged and entertained throughout the afternoon.
