Hire Jennifer! We had the pleasure of meeting with Jennifer and her 2-year old daughter for several hours in our home. We loved her warmth, intelligence and friendliness. She is quite organized, is enthusiastic and full of creative ideas for the children. Our children (5 and 2) took to her right away, as she is so approachable and knew just how to engage both of them. She inspired a tremendous sense of confidence in us and suspect she would do the same for any parent. We really liked that she is experienced and self-directed but also open to suggestions and what works for your family, a rare combination! Due to a change in our circumstance, we didn't have the chance to hire her, which is what we wanted to do! I would highly recommend interviewing Jennifer. I highly recommend Jennifer - she is very professional, extremely friendly and wonderful with children. Jen doesn't just watch your children and keep them safe, she truly engages them and interacts with them. In our case, we have a no-TV rule, which Jen always 100% respected - instead she would read to them, play games with them, take them outside. We never had to worry about coming home and finding anyone parked in front of the TV. Jen is reliable, genuine and trustworthy, and I recommend her without reservation.
