Even though I am only 20 years old, I have many years of experience babysitting under my belt, nine years to be exact. Being a child of three but a cousin of too many, I have experience with a wide range of ages from newborns to teenagers and babysitting multiple children at once. I have been trained in CPR and First Aid in the past, but I am not currently certified. Reading and playing indoor and outdoor games are a few of my favorite things to do when I am babysitting. While I like to allow the children to have a choice in what we do while I am there, I always keep in mind the rules of the house, certain parental requests like bedtime and completing homework, and making sure they have full bellies. Throughout my life, I have been involved in many things like a local swim team for eight years, track and field team in high school, Best Buddies on my college campus, and volunteering in a special education class and in a preschool classroom.
