I've worked with children from the beginning of my career, in numerous capacities: from babysitting, to working as as senior counselor at a day camp, to supervising childcare at a women's shelter, I've always found working with children joyous and honorable. I've worked in environments with daft language barriers and still managed to build strong relationships with those children, I find that there are universal truths in the ways all children interact and develop, while also respecting and encouraging their individual personalities/needs. I've recently moved back to Pittsburgh, coming from volunteer work abroad in which I primarily worked with children, and am looking to continue that work here at home.
