Celeste has been great to work with! She is very communicative and friendly, and my kids liked her right away when she came over to meet them. When I needed her in a pinch, she was available. Super prompt and kind, professional and compassionate, I am happy to recommend her!

AVOID!!! Strike 1: Upcharged her rate significantly because the job was for the next day. Clearly wanted to squeeze as much out of a family in need. Strike 2+3: NEVER showed up! She was set to arrive at 8 am. We had rejected other applicants and were relying on her to come. 40 minutes later, she didn't answer texts or voicemails. She's willing to charge exorbitant amounts and then decides to ditch the job without even a tiny text explaining what happened. We had to upend our entire day to find care instead of this unprofessional and inconsiderate person. Never heard back from her but apparently she logged into this site today! Don't trust her word whatsoever!
