Hello! My name's Liz, and I'd love to be your next babysitter or petsitter. I have been babysitting off and on for more than a decade, and I work full time as a youth minister and director of religious education, so I spend a lot of time with kids. Because of this, I also have all my state clearances up-to-date. However, I'm not the sort of church worker who will indoctrinate your children if you're not from my faith community. I love working with kids because they're fascinating people. I'm a huge nerd, so I tend to get along well with most kids because we are into a lot of the same stuff (video games, superheroes, YouTube, space, animals, you name it, really), but I'm also dedicated and responsible when it comes to their well-being. I'm also a pretty awesome cook, so there's that. As for animals, I've been told I have a magic touch with them. I've never met a house pet that I didn't get along with. Deer and elk hate me for some reason, so if you have one of those, this might not work out. But dogs, cats, birds, small animals ... if it's legal to own, I can take care of it. And probably spoil it. My fiance's biggest complaint about me is that his cat loves me more now.
