I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I like being someone they can trust while also making sure they’re happy and engaged. This would be my first job as a sitter, and I’m looking to transition into this type of role because I want a more flexible schedule as I begin my graduate studies in Medical Dosimetry this fall. I have experience working with children through church camps, where I helped supervise and engage with kids of different ages, as well as volunteer experience in the NICU, which taught me patience, attentiveness, and responsibility. I also currently work as a QSHE Coordinator and am a certified EMT, so I’m used to staying calm, responsible, and alert in different situations.
