I worked part-time at a childcare facility, first as a babysitter for 5 infants all under the age of 1, and then as a pre-school teacher's assistant for 3-5 year olds. Loved it, and the kids loved me. Previous to that, I worked at Fairfield Elementary School as a volunteer music educator. I taught band lessons and eventually private lessons in flute, clarinet, piano and voice. Within this opportunity, I also worked with middle schoolers who wanted private lessons on the flute. I made connections there I still have to this day. I am working on two degrees, on in Music, and the other in Astronomy, which makes me both creative, and a great math tutor.
