I have enjoyed working with children on and off for years. It has been mostly part time and has included children with a range of ages from infancy to 7 or 8. Many years ago I worked in an after school arts program for children and also as a nanny part time . In more recent years it has been a more casual thing to help out friends returning to work after raising little ones or giving moms and dads a much needed break evenings or weekends; sometimes even sleepovers. I am no longer current on childrens CPR but I am willing to be re-certified. I truly enjoy spending time around children and love my friend's children as though they were my own. A bit about me personally: I am a performer( Singer/Actor) and Makeup Artist who also works during the week day hours as a personal assistant. It may Read more sound busy but in all honesty I have an incredibly flexible schedule especially after 430 during the week and on weekends. My ideal family would need help late afternoons into night or on weekends. I have a niece who is 7 and a half and she is the light of my life. I have the joy of spending a lot of time around my niece so I am more than proficient at playing dress up, sports, reading stories, playing games and having dance parties. I consider myself lucky that some of my now, dearest friends and their little ones, were once acquaintances who I came to know caring for their family. I enjoy working for families and love meeting new people as well. I hope this lets you know a little about me and I look forward to meeting your family.
