Hello! I just moved from Santa Barbara to Pittsburgh. I believe that every moment is a teachable moment and am passionate about child development and working with children. At university I wrote my fourth year thesis on early childhood development and volunteered at local children’s playgroups. In Santa Barbara I was working at two schools. At one of the schools, I was a support teacher for a little boy who had some developmental delays. At another school, I was a program coordinator and was responsible for creating structured activities for the after school program and directing a summer camp. During the pandemic I started working with a family with four kids (ages 1, 3, 5, and 7). I enjoyed getting to be a part of all of their milestones and small, as well as, big life moments!
