Kaycee Swierc (she/her) is a director, producer, and artistic collaborator. Kaycee is currently a John Wells Directing Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University (Class of 2026). Previously, Kaycee was the Special Assistant to the Artistic Director (Diane Paulus) and Executive Team at the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University. While at A.R.T. she also assistant directed Tony Award winning Jagged Little Pill on Broadway and the North American Tour, WILD at the A.R.T., and supported other productions such as 1776, Waitress, Becoming a Man, and several other projects. Kaycee is a graduate of Texas State University Theater Program where she received her BFA in Acting.
